Welcome to York!


Hello, everyone! 

We arrived at New York this afternoon. Ahh yes, the jokes were flying.

As were the laughs!  This next picture is for one of our Emilys :) :


After a brief walk, everyone was checked into their rooms. 



 We're not in Oslo anymore! 

We met for a walk and brief lecture by April at 6 pm, learning about the York Minster and surrounding area.

(My phone isn't cooperating for photo uploads; I promise everyone is fabulous and I'll include one later :) ). YAY!  The laptop is working! :)

They have a free evening for dinner and exploring the town.  Tomorrow, we'll have an early start to the day, taking the train to Durham and Lindisfarne.  We've also experienced a time warp, and are only 5 hours ahead of home, now :)

The blend of Roman and Harry Potter architecture are truly stunning!


We are actually serious about the Roman architecture :)

Hello, everyone! Today marks the final full day of our trip.  Students happily took advantage of their BritRail passes and toured the countryside; to Wales, to Stonehenge, to Cardiff, and more, while others leisurely took in the amazing things London has to offer. They've shared photos for the blog today, however uploading today's photos are taking unusually long.  So!  As everyone absolutely loved Dover yesterday, here are more pictures (and a lot more candids :) ), in time order of latest to earliest in the day.
