Safe & sound in London

Hello everyone,

I'll follow up with a post about today, however based on what you may or may not have heard on the news, there was a protest outside of Kings Cross station earlier today -no violence was involved, but a few protestors did get on the tracks, causing trains to be diverted so that no one came to harm.  Those who got on the tracks were arrested.

Everyone is here safe and sound; when we arrived, there was no sign of anything that went on earlier in the day.  We only knew of it because an announcement was made on our train about 30 minutes outside of the station.  We arrived a bit later than planned, as there were other trains in the queue to depart first.  Other trains arriving before us were sent to other stations instead, so transport wasn't halted, but ours came through Kings Cross as planned.

Our next few days are moving ahead as planned; everyone is being diligent to be watchful around each other, and will explore via the buddy system.

We just wanted to share this not to bring alarm, but to let you know that all are safe and well. There was no violence involved in the protest.

Everyone has been absolutely wonderful and this trip has been an absolute joy.  :)
